• Norkut may process such data to operate the platform

• Norkut may process such data to improve the service

• Norkut may process such data to generate aggregated and anonymized intelligence

Norkut will not sell individually identifiable data without authorization.

6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The user acknowledges that:

• the platform may generate recommendations and automated actions

• such actions are based on available data and probabilistic models

• the user retains final responsibility for critical decisions

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Norkut aims to maintain high availability, but does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation

• complete absence of errors

Scheduled maintenance or updates may be carried out.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Norkut shall not be liable for:

• indirect losses or lost profits

• decisions made by the user based on the platform

• external failures (internet, electricity, third parties)

9. BILLING AND PAYMENTS

• Services may be subject to paid plans

• Failure to pay may result in suspension

• Specific conditions will be agreed commercially

10. TERMINATION

Norkut may suspend or terminate access if:

• these terms are violated

• there is a risk to the platform

• there is non-payment

11. MODIFICATIONS

Norkut may update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
