Retail Argentina
Designed to operate in Argentine retail. Not brought from abroad.
Norkut is the operational visibility layer for retail chains operating in Argentina — supermarkets, pharmacies, apparel, home appliances. Built in Buenos Aires, made for the Argentine reality: multi-store, multi-currency, unstable connectivity, and the AFIP breathing down your neck.
Argentine retail chains don't choose software from a global catalog. They choose what works in their reality: a shifting exchange rate, inflation that changes prices every week, the AFIP requiring instant electronic invoicing, branches with unstable internet, and an administrative team already struggling with three different systems.
That's why we built Norkut, where Argentine retail is run. Our software factory has been in Palermo, Buenos Aires, for over three years. We don't bring a product designed in San Francisco and "adapt" it to Latin America. We design every layer based on how a real Argentine chain operates.
Three realities of Argentine retail
Three Argentine retail realities that Norkut solves from the source, not as a patch
Inflation and prices that move every week
Raising prices on 200 SKUs on Friday and lowering them on 30 on Monday is not exceptional. It is normal operation. Norkut synchronizes price lists in real time across the entire network — all branches, all channels, without waiting for the end of the day or relying on someone to manually update each cash register.
AFIP watching over you and instant electronic invoicing
Norkut operates on top of the electronic billing system you already use — it does not replace it. Each sale is invoiced in compliance with AFIP by your current fiscal system, and Norkut takes that same signal to power inventory, replenishment decisions, and operational intelligence across the entire network. Compliance where it needs to be, operations where they add value.
Unstable connectivity, especially indoors
A cash register in a branch in the interior of the country cannot stop operating just because the internet goes down. Norkut processes every sale at the Edge — directly at the point of sale — and synchronizes when the connection returns. The operation never stops.
Which chains it works for in Argentina
Norkut is built for any multi-store retail network in Argentina. The four verticals where it provides the strongest support are:
Supermarkets
Chains with high SKU turnover, tight margins, and 24/7 operations. Norkut anticipates stockouts of fast-moving products, instantly synchronizes prices across the entire network when a supplier's cost changes, and detects margin leaks by category before the end of the month.
Pharmacy chains
Operation featuring batch control, expiration dates, rapid OTC turnover, and social security authorizations. Norkut coordinates inventory across branches to ensure high-demand medication never runs out of stock at one location while expiring at another.
Clothing and textiles
Chains with seasons, sizes, transfers between branches, scheduled liquidations. Norkut detects which sizes are running out where, proposes transfers between stores before a sale is lost, and measures which SKUs are blocking margin to activate liquidations on time.
Home appliances and home goods
High ticket items, installment plans, distributed inventory, long supplier lead times. Norkut connects the sales signal with supplier replenishment — via Norkut Network — so that purchase planning is based on actual consumption data, not estimations.
Norkut compared to what you
already use in Argentina
Norkut is not an ERP, nor a billing software, nor a POS. It's a layer on top of what you already have. If you currently use Tango, Bsale, Alegra, or any other tool, Norkut adds to it — it doesn't replace it.
| If you already use... | Which is your... | This is how Norkut adds value |
|---|---|---|
| Tango | ERP | Norkut integrates as a real-time operational layer on top of your Tango. |
| Bsale | POS + electronic invoicing | Norkut captures sales from Bsale and turns them into operational intelligence for the entire network. |
| Alegra | Cloud accounting and billing | Norkut operates on top—Alegra remains your accounting layer. |
| Fiscal system or proprietary billing software | AFIP compliance | Norkut doesn't touch the billing software. It reads the sales signal to operate. |
Built in Argentina, by people who operate retail
Norkut has its software factory in La Maquinita, Palermo, Buenos Aires. Twenty full-stack engineers designing every layer of the architecture for the last three years: Edge Reality, Network Intelligence, autonomous decisions, execution, transactions, and self-building software.
Our co-founding team combines forty years of operating physical retail in Latin America with twenty years of retail software engineering. We are not a consulting firm that landed in LATAM with an imported product. We are Argentine and Venezuelan retail professionals building the layer that Latin American retail has needed for a decade.
